FERTILE ISLAND

Bagneux/ 2019

Creation of a fertile island focused on urban agriculture and biodiversity. The vegetated architecture becomes the support of a vegetal continuity revealing and integrating the cycles of water and self-fertilization. The biodiversity reserves located on inaccessible roof gardens collect rainwater which, by gravity and using a path of rain chains and planted planters, reaches a filtering water retention basin which returns the water on the roof during drought.
