Restoration of the original wetland landscape, creation of an accessible roof garden
Concept: Located on former marshes, the project restores the wetland ecosystems of the original landscape. Ecological engineering and restoration of the banks of the Lafond. On the architecture, the wind is magnified by the vegetation that it sculpts and careens.

A mixed program of 160 apartments managed by the Senioriales EHPAD group, with a range of services on the ground floor (multipurpose room, restaurant, offices) and social housing.
