Submersible Garden in Tours

Submersible Garden

Concept: The riverbank design evolves with rainfall, creating a changing landscape; the form is either structured or natural during storms. This area serves as a flood expansion and stormwater retention zone (800 m³ for a 50-year flood event) and will allow for the reintroduction of native flora and fauna.
